Tomato "Kangoroo Paw Green Dwarf"

Green tomato salad (Danube).
Ingredients:
• 3 kg green tomatoes;
• 1 kg onions;
• 1 kg bell peppers;
• 1 kg carrots;
• 1 cup vegetable oil;
• 1 cup sugar;
• 4 tbsp salt;
• 4 tbsp 9% vinegar.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop all the vegetables, add the remaining ingredients except vinegar.
2. Stir, put on low heat.
3. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add vinegar, mix well and put into jars.
5. Roll up, cool slowly under a blanket.
Store in a cool place.
